If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by figure out a way to abolish frivolous litigation, refocus the government's/society's priorities on taking care of each other (not protect me from myself, but let me live my life) instead of figuring out ways to make more money, prosecute the lot for corruption and make sure those political fat cats don't get another raise.
