People. I know so many amazing people that prove to me that there are no limits. My parents. They lived a hard life in South Africa and still managed to do great things- campaigned for black peoples rights, though it meant that they were isolated from their parents and many of their friends. My dad was forced to be in the army, so he became a medic to avoid fighting for something he didn't believe in. People like them prove that so much an be done with so little.
If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by
What/who changed my life and why
A book that got me thinking was "to kill a mocking bird" as well as "vegan with a vengeance" (thanks ems :P) that showed me a whole new side of veganism. Person-wise, I would have to say Nelson Mandela- I was born in South Africa, the country he changed so much, and cannot help loving him for it all. He spent years in prison to make the world a better place; he is so strong that you can't help but respect him.
