If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by There's no way I could ever be "democratically" elected... but since we're imagining things... if I were dictator, I would take 90% of all the billionaires' money and hire the poor people to build a massive effigy in my honour, one that's big enough that you could see it from space. Now that's what I call fair redistribution of wealth.
