    We are building up to a massive celebration of all things vegan on Thu 1 Nov 2007, which is World Vegan Day (see http://www.worldveganday.org/).

    In fact, today is World Vegetarian Day, October is World Vegetarian Awareness Month, tomorrow is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi's birthday, Tue 16 Oct 2007 is World Food Day, and the whole of November is World Vegan Month!
