    I know it can be hard when you first become a vegetarian to stick with it. Check out the PETA "Meet your Meat" video for a good reminder ofwhy we don't eat our animal friends.  I haven't eaten meat for 17 years and I just can't even imagine it anymore; it would be like eating my tongue! Yuck!   Good Luck, April! You are doing the right thing - absolutely!
