If I were Mayor, I'd make the world a better place by Fire congress and re-elect new leaders, audit the FED before I completely ended it. Contemplate ending the IRS, after a thorough examination of what benefits it provides. Make healthcare quality better and improve availability. Improve awareness of current plans such a medicaid and managed care plans. Improve medicare and hopefully make it cheaper or free for seniors. End medicare fraud by hiring investigators. If news reporters can do it, I'm sure we can find people to hire to do it.
