   Here are some great reads on the swine flu.. at the end of the first are some things we can do to protect ourselves from it. there is also the ridiculous video link on an old swine flu ad, that one just makes me shake my head..

  This article entitled The Swine Flu Pandemic – Fact or Fiction?  is by Dr. Joseph Mercola  it was sent out a few daysago but it overwhelmed their server’s bandwidth (100 Mb/second) at one of the largest data centers in the country.
