My name is Samantha, but I go by Sam. I'm 16 years old and I am working on my education by focusing strongly in school. In my spare time, I run, read, play basketball, and hang out with my friends. I think care2 is an awesome site and I enjoy being a part of it since I am trying to make a difference in the world. 

My passions include education and ocean preservation. I approach my education individually, but I'd like to branch out and help the ocean as a community! If you also share an interest in protecting the ocean, you can check out my group, Friends of the Ocean. :)
