how will you be able to feel?

If you're never wounded,
how will you be able to heal?

If you never cry,
laughter doesn't seem as real.

If you never fall,
Standing is no big deal.

So feel!
Cry!
Fall down!

If you never get lost,
you can never be found.

If you never feel lonely,
You can't appreciate love.

If you can never ask for what you need,
you'll never learn to give.

And if you never stop to take a breath,
you might forget to live.

So get lonely!
Get lost!
Go outside
and feel the frost!

Trust in God
and know She cares
and live a life
that truly DARES!
