I wondered why somebody didn't do something; then I realized I was somebody. -- Unknown
Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today. After all, what is today but yesterday's tomorrow?
Never doubt that a small, group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. -Margaret Mead-

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Never give up on your dreams Never doubt that you are important Never stop believing that somebody somewhere loves you for who you are. Never quit fighting for something you believe in. Never stop being you. **************************** While walking in a toy store the day before today, I overheard a crayon box with many things to say.
"I don't like red!" said yellow. And green said, "Nor do I!" And no one here likes orange, but no one knows quite why."
"We are a box of crayons that really doesn't get along," said blue to all the others "something here is wrong!"
Well, I bought that box of crayons and took it home with me and laid out all the crayons so the crayons could all see.
They watched me as I colored with red and blue and green and black and white and orange and every color in between.
They watched as green became the grass and blue became the sky. The yellow sun was shining bright on white clouds drifting by.
Colors changing as they touched, becoming something new. They watched me as I colored. They watched till I was through.
And when I'd finally finished, I began to walk away. And as I did the crayon box had something more to say...
"I do like red!" said the yellow and green said, "So do I!" "And blue you are terrific so high up in the sky."
"We are a box of crayons each of us unique, but when we get together the picture is complete."
NOW IF WE COULD JUST LEARN FROM THIS BOX OF CRAYONS THIS WORLD WOULD BE A BETTER PLACE.
You have to be funny and outgoing, and like to read, and you have to, have to, have to respect my eating habits and not try and force meat, etc..(yes, dairy products and animal products of any sort) down my throat. In fact, I should just say that unless you are at the very least a vegetarian, this door is closed. If you can be willing to just sit and not do anything for hours on end, but at the same time have to have the energy and patience to be able to be about and do stuff with me for hours on end that is totally cool, because I am like that sometimes. Does that make sense?
I like to date people that are a little on the shorter end, because, well, I'm short. I like to camp, but I don't do it often. However, I would totally dig the occasional trip to the woods with the right person. I would love to meet someone who loves music. I listen to music a lot.
I want to meet someone who cares about taking care of their body. I mean, working out, eating right, all that good stuff. I work out several times a week, and I try to eat healthy because taking care of the only body I'll ever have is very important, and I want to be with someone who feels the same way.
I love to laugh, and it's important for me to be with someone who can make me laugh and have a good time. I also am not really a drinker, so I really want to be with someone who is not into the whole party scene. I don't want someone who is just going to go out and spend all their time getting wasted, that's not cool.
About
Description
I love to knit. Wait, let me rephrase that: I am obsessed with knitting. I love to read. My favorite books usually fall under the category of classic, but many modern books are great as well. I take Tae Kwon Do, which I love even when I hurt from all the kicking. I like to be around people, but at the same time can really appreciate alone time and the quiet that accompanies that time.
I don't really like labels when it comes to humans beliefs, because I don't feel that a label can accurately sum up all that a person is. I like to be outside in the fall because that is the time in Minnesota when I feel the weather is perfect, even though it feels short lived!
I get easily frustrated when I look around at all the people living in extreme poverty and see all the rich people in the world who are filthy rich but aren't in the slightest bit willing to help poor people. I hope to someday be able to donate as much money as I can to people who don't have as much as I do. It seems only right to help those who need it instead of being selfish with what you have.
If you want to know anything else, feel free to ask!
