I want to surround myself with inspirational people, happy people.

I am going through incredible changes and I need positive people who are supportive..... I need people who are truly alive or want to be.... Positive/progressive/happy/wonderful....

People who take responsibility for the results occurring in their lives....

Do you KNOW that no-one but YOU causes you to feel any particular way?

No external stimuli is at fault for how any of us behave and how we think!
No-one makes us sad, mad or angry, etc... we choose our emotion based on many factors but the important fact is that we CHOOSE our emotions the same as changing our clothes.

We can have emotions but we are NOT our emotions.

Are you living from one emotion to the next (Kinesthetic dramafest) or can you CHOOSE to have an emotion, any emotion at will?

Have you learned to choose which sense is most appropriate to each situation; Visual, Audio, Kinesthetic........

I am just blindly finding my way, I do not speak from some golden place of success.... at least not yet :o)

Live with an Attitude of Gratitude!

Pay attention to the thoughts running through your head by checking on your feelings, if you are feeling anything but bliss, change your thoughts... smile, eventually it will be habit forming :o)

All bad feelings are caused by focusing on what you don't want in life....  Focus on what you do want.

I am looking for my PURPOSE in this life, I want to find a job/profession that I love to do..... I want to make a difference in this world!!!!!

Insight #2 The Second Insight... The Longer Now

This awakening represents the creation of a new, more complete worldview, which replaces a five-hundred-year-old preoccupation with secular survival and comfort. While this technological preoccupation was an important step, our awakening to life's coincidences is opening us up to the real purpose of human life on this planet, and the real nature of our universe.

Insight #3 A Matter of Energy  

We now experience that we live not in a material universe, but in a universe of dynamic energy. Everything extant is a field of sacred energy that we can sense and intuit. Moreover, we humans can project our energy by focusing our attention in the desired direction, in that where attention goes, energy flows, influencing other energy systems and increasing the pace of coincidences in our lives. It is possible to see this energy enveloping all living things.

Insight #4 The Struggle For Power
From this perspective, we can see that humans have always felt insecure and disconnected from
this sacred source, and have tried to take energy by dominating each other. This struggle is
responsible for all human conflict.

The only solution is to cultivate a personal reconnection with the divine, a mystical
transformation that fills us with unlimited energy and love, extends our perception of beauty,
and lifts us into a higher-Self Awareness.

Insight #6  Clearing the Past

In this awareness, we can release our own pattern of controlling, and discover a specific truth, a
mission, we are are here to share that helps evolve humanity toward this new level of reality.

Insight #7 Engaging the Flow

In pursuit of this mission, we can discover an inner intuition that shows us where to go and
what to do, and if we make only positive interpretations, brings a flow of coincidences that
opens the doors for our mission to unfold

As we all evolve toward the best completion of our spiritual missions, the technological means of survival will be fully automated as humans focus instead on synchronistic growth. Such growth will move humans into higher energy states, ultimately transforming our bodies into spiritual form and uniting this dimension of existence with the after-life dimension, ending the cycle of birth and death.

  THE TENTH INSIGHT . . . HOLDING THE VISION
The Tenth Insight is the realization that throughout history human beings have been unconsciously
struggling to implement this lived spirituality on Earth. Each of us comes here on assignment, and as we pull this understanding into consciousness, we can remember a fuller birth vision of what we
wanted to accomplish with our lives. Further we can remember a common world vision of how we will
all work together to create a new spiritual culture. We know that our challenge is to hold this vision
with intention and prayer everyday.

THE ELEVENTH INSIGHT . . . EXTENDING PRAYER FIELDS
The Eleventh Insight is the precise method through which we hold the vision. For centuries, religious
scriptures, poems, and philosophies have pointed to a latent power of mind within all of us that
mysteriously helps to affect what occurs in the future. It has been called faith power, positive thinking,and the power of prayer. We are now taking this power seriously enough to bring a fuller knowledge of it into public awareness. We are finding that this prayer power is a field of intention, which moves out from us and can be extended and strengthened, especially when we connect with others in a common vision. This is the power through which we hold the vision of a spiritual world and build the energy in ourselves and in others to make this vision a reality.

THE TWELFTH INSIGHT  Integration
By seeing the beauty in every face, we lift others into their wisest self, and increase the chances of
hearing a synchronistic message.

The insights of personal destiny, mission, synchronicity, and intuition are all integrating now into a "spiritual flow" that we can tap into to improve all aspects of our life.

The four agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

1. Be impeccable with your word.
2. Don't take anything personally.
3. Don't make assumptions.
4. Always do your best.

Be Impeccable With Your Word. Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your word in the direction of truth and love.

Don't Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering.

Don't Make Assumptions. Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

Always Do Your Best. Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret.

The Fifth Agreement
uses doubt as a tool to discern the truth.. Doubt takes us behind the words we hear to the intent behind them.  By being skeptical, we don’t believe every message we hear; we don’t put our faith in lies, and when our faith is not in lies, we quickly move beyond emotional drama, victimization, and the limiting belief systems our “domestication” has programmed us with.

According to the Ruizes, The Fifth Agreement prepares us to return to our innate wisdom, and live our lives based on truth.. The truth leads to self-mastery, to a life that’s very easy; believing in lies leads to needless conflict and human suffering. As messengers of truth we are free to express ourselves and can live a life without fear, regret, or shame.

“Many years ago, I began to teach the fifth agreement, but then I discovered that no one was ready to learn the advanced Toltec teachings that underlie this agreement. The Four Agreements were enough of a challenge at the time,” explains don Miguel Ruiz.

“The fifth agreement is ultimately about seeing our whole reality through the eyes of truth. The result of practicing this agreement is the complete acceptance of ourselves just the way we are, and the complete acceptance of everybody else just the way they are. Reflections of the Warrior of the Light 

Every warrior of the light has been afraid to enter a combat. 

Every warrior of the light has betrayed and lied in the past. 

Every warrior of the light has lost faith in the future. 

Every warrior of the light has trodden a path which was not their own. 

Every warrior of the light has suffered because of unimportant things. 

Every warrior of the light has doubted that they where a warrior of the light. 

Every warrior of the light has failed in thier spiritual obligations. 

Every warrior of the light has said yes when they meant no. 

Every warrior of the light has hurt someone they loved. 

That is why they are a warrior of the light: 

They have endured all this, and not lost the hope to improve

Catharsis: a purifying release of the emotions or of a tension by bringing repressed material to the consciousness..

The suppression and relegation of certain mental and emotional material

to the unconscious is a natural result of dualistic thinking, of dividing the

universe into that which "appropriate" and that which is "inappropriate"

Because our mental and emotional resistance to that which we term

inappropriate causes pain, much energy is expended in keeping this

material out of conscious awareness. Only by coming to terms with this 

self created "dark side" do we grow and evolve..... By seeing this material 

as one side of a polarity, we create separation and blind ourselves to the

perfection and connectedness that is actually there. Reaching the point

where every manifestation, whether in ourselves or in the world, is seen 

as neither appropriate nor inappropriate but as simply "happening," then 

and only then can we experience our lives as the peaceful, radiantly 

healthy, mentally and spiritually fulfilling adventure it was meant to be
