Who Charles wants to meet	I find that I must be attracted to both someone's appearance plus personality. I tend to get along with someone who can express themselves easily and someone who is not lazy- must be witty and like to laugh. My big turnoff is lying and lack of manners. The person I would like to date is someone who is attractive, smart and responsible and a ton of fun and up for living life to the fullest. It is important to me that someone takes care of their body and is fit. I like being with people who are intelligent, outgoing, and have similar interests. I can get a little sarcastic sometimes, so you have to be able to dish it right back at me. Confidence is a must, but arrogance has got to go. On the Hill, I see way to many self-important types and definitely don't want those kind of people in my personal life. To sum it up, I appreciate and value independence, but at the end of the day you've got to want to have someone to come home to. If that's not enough to go on, guess you'll just have to ask me what I mean. If you're glued to the tube, play video games constantly, or live at the gym, than you're probably not for me. I'd like to say I'm not picky, but the truth is, I just know what I like when I see it and a spark between two people is undeniable. Please have a passion outside yourself.

Description	Charles is generally a very laid back individual. He tries to keep things in perspective, meaning he laughs at drama and he tries to keep a very positive outlook on life. You have to have a good sense of humor in this world nowadays!He finds it very difficult to get stressed out over anything. HE's also a talker who likes to listen to what people have to say: some of his favorite memories from college involved the late night trips to the local diner talking about anything and everything on our minds. He's also been told Ihe is a "giant teddy bear." Take that for what you will. He's been described by his female friends as being a "nice guy," but we know what the saying is about the nice guy, so I won't dwell on that point for too long :) He's generally a low-key type of person. He likes to chill out and hang by the beach--oh wait what beach in Arizona. He believes communication is what makes a relationship meaningful. And it would be nice to have someone to think about during the day, (work lasts long enough as it is. having someone to think about would help pass the time, I'm sure you know what I mean.)
