Jim is a nice guy, lived next door to me 2 years, then I moved. I used to go over to his apt. to watch TV cuz I don't have one, per se, one that is hooked up to a big antennae or cable. He really enjoys O.C. but he is afraid to take on having a cat cuz he is crippled with arthritis and is afraid of not having enough food, etc., towards the end of the month.
