sure wish there was also an article like this for the one planned for tomorrow 3/13/13
This is a desirable way to announce taking the site down--it is a location accessible to all. There is so much confusion and other distractions when notices like this or change in how often green stars can be given are only announced in a group that not all do or even can belong to.
