Today’s Act of Kindness is…

Today’s “Random Act of Kindness” (a quick mission you can do to make a big impact on someone’s day) is:

Take Time to Listen.

Isn’t it wonderful when someone actually pauses to listen deeply to what you’re saying? We’re all scurrying around so much we sometimes forget the power of simply listening. That simple act can go straight to the heart, it shows you care, and helps fill the need we all have to feel connected. So today, take a few minutes to truly listen to a friend, family member, or even a complete stranger. Ask how they’re doing. No judgment, just pure empathy. You may be surprised by what you learn, and your gift of kindness will touch their heart (whether or not they acknowledge it!)

After you’ve completed your mission:

1. Please share your experience in the comments below. Who’d you listen to? How did they react? How’d it make you feel? Let us know and help inspire more of us to share the love.

2. Then, click the “I did this” button below to claim 20 Butterfly Credits you can use to make even more of a difference. (Honor system. Only one click per person.)

Thank you for making a difference!
