As Voters Head To the Polls, Both Candidates Announce Endorsements

All of the Republican presidential candidates are maneuvering for last minute boosts to their campaign today.  Will new endorsements play a difference in how Alabama and Mississippi residents vote?

Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum certainly hopes so.  He’s received a key endorsement in Alabama, unveiling the backing of the state’s governor, Robert Bentley, who “has told people that he is voting for Senator Santorum and he holds the values and principles he believes in.”

Mitt Romney may not have a local endorsement to tout today, but he does have multiple ones to influence the voters.  And they’re from Santorum’s home turf.  Romney is counting Pennsylvania Congressmen Bill Shuster and Charlie Dent as new supporters, making it clear that Santorum is struggling to make gains even with his own statesmen.

Anyone who would tie his dog on the roof of his car for a trip to canada is NOT who I want running my country......remember this -

Romney is a corporate shill, a mere walking, talking mouthpiece—an owned b*tch, a whore—for corporate interests. Nothing more.

Voters? Polls? These mean nothing. Does anybody know how the process works? It's about delegates. Most of which haven't even been tallied yet. Keep watching mainstream media. You'll never know what's really happening. Nobel Peace Prize recipient Obama is about to start his second war. That's in less than one term. Pretty sure that's s record. Do you think it's coincidence that Iran, North Korea and Cuba are among the the handful of nations that aren't burdened by debt from a centralized bank? In case anyone is looking for a motive. Won't see that story on the nightly news either. This is by no means an endorsement for Republicans. Jus saying I'd like to see a story bout something that matters.

Cecily,

Yes, that was my sentiment for a while, too. It is embarrassing, isn't it?
Let us make sure that we are not stuck with one of them as president for at least four years.
I am still hoping for the people's common sense and dignity ... That will be a major test where this country wants to go.

Ugh. The frontrunner picks for the GOP are so disappointing. Can't believe we're going to be stuck with one of these clowns as the nominee.

Can we shove these asshats into a closet for the next, oh I don't know... ten or so millennia? Please? I've had enough of looking at each and every one of their smarmy weaselish faces. You can see the narcissistic, smug, conniver in Romney's face as easily as one can see the gleam of zealous, sycophancy in Santorum's. Gingrich's ego is the only mask he really needs because there's truly nothing of substance beneath there. Paul's desperation rolls off him like the greasy guilty sweat of a man who knows he's never going to make the grade because he knows he doesn't deserve to. And Perry... well hell that's just too easy. Bachman's another Santorum-esque sycophant who's probably too brainwashed to realize she's a woman with rights, and ... Palin... well hell that's just too easy too.

I've had enough, these people don't get any more of my news reading time this week! PERIOD.

Vote Democrat
The Republicans' destructive social policies ENSURE there will be UNESCESSARRY SUFFERING AND DEATH.

The Republicans dehumanize their victims like rapists, and use evil social policy to callously murder the non-rich.

The Republicans know this, and actively CHOOSE to cause UNESCESSARRY SUFFERING AND DEATH.

A vote for the Republican party might as well be rape and murder by proxy.

The Democrats on the other hand have made good on some of their promises despite Republican barriers, and continue to advocate for the middle/poor classes against the Republicans' wishes.

VOTE DEMOCRAT!
