They’ve been hunted for sport, shot at from the air, poisoned, blamed for countless problems, lost much of their range and saw the brink of extinction by the 1960s.
As is they don’t have enough problems being demonized, DIRECTV launched a “Frozen in Place” commercial in November perpetuating the stereotype that wolves are vicious man-eaters and jokingly calls it “Pauses with Wolves.”
Please sign Defenders of Wildlife’s petition asking DIRECTV to stop contributing to misconceptions about wolves by pulling their ad.
