Does This New York Times Columnist Look Familiar?

Yup – it’s our own Annie Urban, who wrote the Sesame Street breast feeding posts that set off such a ruckus, as well as posts on the harassment of breastfeeding moms, nutrition and junk food and the sexualization of young girls.  She’s also taken on many other political and personal issues arising both in the US and in Canada, where she lives.

Annie’s piece here in the Times is worth reading – as is everything she writes.  Congratulations to the Times for figuring out what we’ve known for a long time.
