Adults rarely consult with children on matters of politics or policy, because we assume that these issues are too complicated for their developing minds.
Or maybe it’s because we don’t want to face the beautiful simplicity of the solutions that would be obvious to them.
Check out this awesome animated video of a compelling message written earlier this year by 4th grader and environmental activist, Cole urging KFC to stop needlessly destroying our wetland forests for fast food packaging.
His message motivated over 6,000 children to sign postcards to KFC, which Cole and his friends delivered to KFC executives this spring.
Learn more about Cole’s quest to save North Carolina’s forests here and here, and then sign the Care2 member petition to show KFC that you stand behind Cole’s demands.
We stand with 4th-grader Cole Rasenberger: KFC, use recycled packaging!

That is a good idea.
adults should see what children do and think about themselves.
proud to say i have NEVER eaten at a KFC scum joint. never will. disgusting places, you ought to see the way they make the, er, "food". not to even go into how the animals are killed, chickens kicked and scalded alive......
Excellent work!!!
I truly believe though the only way to protect rainforest now is to fence it off. Mad i know but if these companies are not destroying the forest for their packaging, it would be for palm oil, if not that it would be for cattle ranching - oh my God there is no other way than to keep them out.
who says kinds can't make a difference?
....and the children will lead you home........
Go kids !!!
