‘I’ll Marry You’ Italy’s Pro-Gay Marriage Campaign

Released in time for Valentine’s celebrations, Italian equality groups have produced a heartwarming ad to promote and raise awareness of the issue of same-sex marriage.

The video, the first of its kind to be made in Italy, is called “I’ll Marry You.” It reportedly took four months to make and is sponsored by Arcigay and PFLAG-like group AGEDO, as well as the National Committee Bologna Pride 2012.

The video was directed by Luca Cerlini, Secret Wood, and the screenplay written by David Parrotta. The music is by artist Lorenzo Jovanotti.
