Saving Wolves in the American West (VIDEO)

Unfortunately there aren’t many wolves left in the western United States, and sheep farmers are definitely not their friends.

Take Action: Protect Wolves in Greater Yellowstone and the Northern Rockies from Shoot-on-Sight “Management”!

So how can the sheep and wolves share the same space peacefully? This Defenders of Wildlife video shows some of the ways. The most novel of these ideas is a rope strung with red banners that wave in the wind. They put this up between the sheep and the wolves.
Watch what happens….

Signed and passed along to my FB account. Soon we won't have any native wildlife alive except in zoos. Pity.

It is so sad when some humans let their ignorance, greed and cruelty interfere with the way nature was meant to be.

I meant to sign YES to this cause. What they are doing is inhumane and selfish.

You have to wonder who the 4% morons are who said no to humane methods of keeping the wolves away from farmer's land instead of killing them! argh some people!!

I feel so sad everytime I hear about wolves being persecuted and destroyed..such beautiful and magnificent animals...what the farmers want is for them to be able to kill the livestock for money before the wolves eat them? it is not about kindness obviously from the is all about money...
I am vegan and want all animals to live...wolves and sheep alike...however I do believe that humans kill animals for the pleasure of it or to eat them, or for their fur...yuck..
At least the wolves that kill the sheep do so for food and to feed their pups...they cannot go to the supermarket like we do!
Please stop killing the beautiful wolves..use non harmful methods of keeping them away from farmers lands. If us humas have not enroached in the wolf's territory & habitat anyway, we would not be having these problems..Thank you very much for sharing x
