More Evidence of Electoral Fraud In Wisconsin

More Evidence of Electoral Fraud In Wisconsin

Looks like another case of election fraud is about to hit Wisconsin.  According to Politico, the Koch Brother-backed Americans for Prosperity is sending absentee ballots to Democrats in at least two state Senate recall districts with instructions to return the ballots after the election date.

One flier was discovered in Hudson, Wisconsin.  There, Democrat Shelly Moore is challenging GOP State Sen. Sheila Harsdorf.  The other flier was found in Kaukauna where Democrat Nancy Nusbaum is challenging Sen. Robert Cowles.

The reports also come as news that fire officials in La Crosse are continuing to investigate a Saturday blaze that destroyed the regional offices of We Are Wisconsin, a union political action committee supporting Democratic candidates in the recall elections.

Even if both of these incidents are accidental and/or unrelated, the last thing Wisconsin needs is the appearance of more funny business by Republicans surrounding the recall process.  With each new allegation that arises the public trust and confidence in the electoral system further erodes.

Republicans, it appears, have reason to worry with Democrats continuing to maintain the advantage in both fundraising and the enthusiasm.  With the recall elections just a week away, let’s hope these latest antics don’t deter voters from going out to the polls or worse — having their vote taken away from them all together.

Cheat, sneak, and lie is the republican way. Are we surprised?

Nothing new on the Republican's part. They've been doing this for decades.

Seeing that this is Wisconsin we're talking about, I can't say that I'm surprised. Any state that worships the tea-party or is in bed with the Koch brothers is just asking for trouble.

SHAME!!! SHAME!!!

And these crooks, the Koch Bros and their like are who the Republicans are in bed with. And you STILL want to vote for them?!?!

If I was a republican I would be furious with the people in Wisconsin that would stoop so low as to win elections by trickery.

I would be ashamed of my party for allowing such a thing and I would demand an enquiry. I would insist that those involved are driven from any position of trust. If they were not I would quit the party and support independents.

Republicans clean up your act. Credibility is the only currency a party has. The Wisconsin branch is bankrupting your party.

Saw your comments on the electoral fraud in Wis. Good call, Arno.

This reminds me of the good old days a hundred and fifty years ago when thugs dragged people to the polls to vote for who they said they should vote for. We should nickname Scott Walker "Boss tweed" and the Tammany Hall thugs. The only real difference is that William M. Tweed was a Democrat.

The Koch brothers need to be "neutralized" for once and for all!

There is no limit to how low the Republicans and their billionaire backers will stoop.
