Just for all folks who are interested in the health benefits of vegetarianism/veganism (and yes this coming from a meat eater - [though it's quickly becoming a side dish])

IF you have netflix, check out: Forks over Knives. and Fat, sick and nearly dead. Both are Excellent sources of information on nutrition.

Wow thanks. I am gradually changing. I've been eating less and less meat. Vegetables, fruits and nuts also taste way better :)

Good video. I learned from it and I'm vegan. Wish this was in writing rather than a video. I have a hard time looking at flesh, knowing what it is and that a life was lost. I avoid walking by the meat department in a grocery store because all those dead animals laying in the counter is more than I want to take.
