President Obama Terrorizes Parents of School Children

If there were a movie trailer, the script would read something like this:
"The horrific tale about a vile, sinister illegal alien that lied and cheated his way into the highest office of the United States government. Untroubled by conscience or intellect, President Obama does only one thing - and does it well. He turns everything that moves--men, women, and children into SOCIALISTS. He indoctrinates all who come under his sway and seeks to turn the United States of America into a socialist state. And tonight he wants you!"
Conservatives everywhere are so frightened of Obama's 15 minute speech to school children across the United States encouraging students to work hard, set goals, and succeed in the upcoming school year, that they are hiding their children at home to protect them from the terrifying spectacle and permanent harm the obvious attempt to indoctrinate their children into a new socialist army--creating millions of future Manchurian Candidates.
President Obama tries to shield his blatant attempt to control the minds of America's school children by making "adjustments to the proposed lesson plan accompanying his speech. According to The Swamp:
"The original version from the Department of Education suggested that students 'write letters to themselves about what they can do to help the president.' The updated version asks students to "write letters to themselves about how they can achieve their short-term and long-term education goals.''
For some reason, liberal parents seem to be immune from the terror that has taken over conservative parents. One thing is certain, many conservatives will be cowering at home with their children praying that Obama's speech urgin school children to study hard falls on deaf ears.

For those of you who keep calling the President a Communist or a Socialist, here are the definitions of those 2 terms. You can look them up for yourself at http://www.dictionary.com.
communism: "a theory or system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state."
socialism: "a theory or system of social organization that advocates the vesting of the ownership and control of the means of production and distribution, of capital, land, etc., in the community as a whole."
Did you know that the first Christian Church was communist? Read Acts 2:44-45
"44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need."
That's some pretty awful stuff, isn't it? We should all strive to be like those people were.

In my opinion: The sad thing about Conservatives (and it's the same here in the UK) is that they are basically selfish; sure they care for their own families but everyone else is just NOT THEIR PROBLEM. Being a socialist means you care about others too. OK, there are politicians who call themselves Socialist, but I'm not talking politics here just basic human behaviour. Lets all be Socialists, can we? Only then would we stand any chance of actually saving the human race as a species.

But in order to do this they need encouragement in basic life skills!

some of the comments in this article range from the sublime to the rediculous,,,,,not to mention extremeist & frustrating!
As the president is the father of two Daughters he is no doubt very aware that if you ask the youth of today what they would like to be in the future.....a large number of them will say "famous" .....& to this end will avidly follow up on the latest news items concerning people who are frequently in the public eye,,,,,ie pop stars sportspersons etc:....& to be acknowledged or personally addressed by a person in the public eye is in itself a worthwhile effort & an uplifting & encouraging experience to them!
As so many contributers have been only too eager to point out....the president himself can hardly be described as coming from a "privileged" background & is by no means perfect in every respect!.....He has however proved beyond doubt that with effort,,,hard work....& goodwill....it's possible to "have a dream" & achieve a reasonable ammount of success in life.....if you choose to do so.....despite your background...or whatever setbacks you may encounter!
We ALL have an equal capacity for doing right or wrong....in thought word or deed....the one we practice most will surely become the strongest!
Not all youths will aspire to be a politition.....but all youth should be encouraged to achieve something worthwhile in life!
Not to be a carbon copy of someone else.....but as an individual find their own potential in life.

I can't believe this article appears here! I am a foreigner who admire your President and his achievements. He is a man of good, not God! This lady is troubled when she sees danger in a 15 m speech to students. How can America rule the world if not based on work, justice and fairness to all? Is this socialism? So let it be! We don't want Bush or people like Bush run the world. Let the President Obama carry out his work and program for the benefit of all but mainly for those who need most. Let Justice prevail! I'am in shock, I tell you.... My God, you see problems in everything! Critics are easy, real work is not so. I have enough of stuff like this.

years & years ago...in the 50´s...the average intelligence of Americans was said to be that of a 12 year old.So what must it be now 50 years later? I do not necessarily approve of Obama but listened to his school speech and thought it great.Just what our kids need with diminishing parental authority and decline of moral responsibility among our leaders!
