Brilliant stuff. Camouflage and mimicry must be some of my favourite topics in zoology. In particular, you just can't beat the mighty octopus!

like the song!
those animals are amazing - i found out recently that some can even change the texture of their skin to make it bumpy like gravel, or like tree bark, and then smooth it out to make it like a stone!
can you imagine if we could do that?

Great Video. Those camoflage abilities are simply amazing. Even more amazing is the ability to send messages through flashing and pulsating lights and colors, like the squids and octopi do. And I'm with Genevieve: what was that darn song? Sounds like something from Eddie Vedder. Cool!
