At some point in their lives nearly everyone has either been the victim of discrimination and prejudice or witnessed it happen to someone else, but the funny thing is it can be hard to describe. How it makes you feel. How it impacts you. How it puts you under an immense pressure to change and conform, and how when you can’t change you feel like there must be something wrong with you.
Youth Line has released the following video talking about what it is to be the victim of discrimination. You might just recognize some of the feelings it describes:
