Wis. Republicans Flee Public Meeting Filled with Supporters of Public Employees (VIDEO)

Seems some Wisconsin Republicans don’t want to hear what the majority of their constituents believe: Gov. Scott Walker is wrong  to try and take away the right of public employees to collectively bargain for middle-class jobs.

Late Monrday, Wisconsin Rep. James Sensenbrenner Jr. (R) adjourned a town hall meeting he was holding with Republican state Sen. Lean Vukmir after a large crowd, opposed to Walker’s plan, shouted objections to Vukmir’s comments on the budget.

According to Milwaukee-based WTMJ-TVthe crowd then broke into chants of “Shame, shame, shame”–as did state house Democrats when Republicans used a tricky maneuver to pass the anti-worker budget bill.

Watch it.

Jan: America is NOT BROKE! Our country is rolling in dough, it's just not in 98% of Americans pocket books!

The top 20% owns 85% of all wealth in the USA
The second 20% owns 10%
The middle owns 4.7%
Second lowest 0.2%
Lowest 0.1%
This means that amount of wealth held by the bottom 40% of the population is just 0.3% of the wealth.

Bottom 90% makes an annual average of $31,244

Top 1-10% - $164,647

Top 1% - $1,137,684

Top 0.01-0.1 - $3,238,386

Top 0.1%e (yes the top 1% of the top 1%) average income is- $27,342,212 EVERY YEAR!

400 Americans own more wealth that 60% of our population!

At least, unlike their Democrat colleagues, they're not fleeing the state to avoid doing their jobs.

Jan, you are drinking too much red kool-aid! Did you hear that BEFORE this man stripped public employees, he gave record breaking tax cuts to the Kochs and Corporations! Wind up one of those two brain cells and do some research, instead of believing the crap these jerks spew!

Wake up people. When our country is bankrupt maybe some of you will see the light.

I wish I had a job that I could go march and get paid for it or leave the state and not do my job. Any idea who is paying for the motel rooms and pizza? Take a good look at the "union" people and wonder why the average person is ticked off. I am all for good teachers getting fair pay, but I resent all their "perks", such as wanting Viagra to be covered. Give me a break! A little common sense would be nice on both parties.

Those Bastards will doubtless be run out of every town meeting they attend. At least until they can be recalled.

UNION!

The regressive Republican Party of No is mean-spirited, thuggish, religiously fanatical, scientifically ignorant, corrupt, hypocritical, xenophobic, racist, sexist, homophobic, evolution and global warming denying, authoritarian, selfish, greedy, lacking compassion, warmongering, and otherwise dangerous.

NEVER vote for Republicans.
