Maybe we should start asking that everyone be paid a percentage of the ROI they produce, rather than asking for equal pay. That should take care of the wage gap. Do you see those ROI statistics? Kind of defeats the idea that women are paid less because we don't work as hard. I'm in the tech industry, and women are and have been making huge strides. You go girls!
