What kind of work or accomplishments have you done with your artwork? I've done some wood sculpture, and painted acrylics on canvas. I'd say my greatest accomplishment, since switching to electronic media, is that I don't get paint all over my hands, face, and elbows anymore.

Have you won any awards for your artwork? There *was* that high school graduation art award announcement, but in the rush to be gone and never look back, I seem to have left it behind... so no, (alas) ...never.

Why the interest in JAVA Applets? The audience of family and friends for my graphics programs in C++ had reached its saturation point; they started to pretend they'd not heard, with every new proclamation: "Hey, you should see what I just made!" Java applets allow me to annoy the *entire* world.

How many years have you been pursuing art? It's not so much that I've pursued art as art's been chasing me, relentlessly, through all my memories.

What year were you born? Let's just say I lived through the Sixties, but was too young to really enjoy them properly.

Do you do this full time, and if not, what else do you do? Besides eating, sleeping, bathing... ummm... oh, yeah, and earning a living as a gardener... yes, I do java full time... almost.

Has anyone been a particular inspiration to you in pursuing art? Peter Max in the Sunday comics as a kid (really!); Tatsuya Kodaka for his elegant layered wood sculpture; countless others seen and images if not names remembered.

What is your goal with your artwork - to make money, or are there some other personal goals? Mainly to validate and maintain a certain level of procrastination regarding mundane chores like cooking, cleaning, housework, etc. ( "Not NOW!!! I'm.... ~CREATING~ !!! " )

Did you ever have any formal training in art? None that's made any impression, apparently.

What is the most compelling reason someone would want to go visit your site? To sample the psychedelic experience without the unpleasant side effects.
