Coal-state Senator J. Rockefeller (D-W.V.) is promoting another bill to bring down the Clean Air Act and we need continued action to make sure our best tool for fighting climate change stays alive.
Rockefeller's bill would have essentially the same result as Murkowski's, but instead of just blocking the Clean Air Act it would delay EPA action for years.
