Most of these claims are nonsense. Your blood PH is not controlled by your diet very much. Your stomach acid is way more acid than anything you are going to eat is just going to dilute that acid or make your stomach produce more acid. Your blood PH is controlled by stuff like your liver and as long as they are working they will regulate your acid level. Trying to change your PH is not really proven to be very effective. If you have acidosis you probably have something wrong with your liver. However eating a balanced nutritious diet with plenty of fruits and veggies can be good for your body.

Transition to a more alkaline healthy diet requires a shift in attitude towards food. The important point to remember is that small changes go a long way. Add more alkaline foods to your diet gradually.

Breathing deeply in and out of your mouth all day, when you remember, treats acid reflux (and morning sickness), it increases oxygen in the brain and body, while cutting down carbon dioxide. Oxygen is alkaline, carbon dioxide is acidic. Because of the extra oxygen, you feel more alert, and have more energy.
