Breathing deeply in and out of your mouth all day, when you remember, treats acid reflux (and morning sickness), it increases oxygen in the brain and body, while cutting down carbon dioxide. Oxygen is alkaline, carbon dioxide is acidic. Because of the extra oxygen, you feel more alert, and have more energy.

love the encouragement to eat millet and use lemon juice...the basic advice is eat less meat and eat lots more fruits and vegetables
