I had some fresh ginger tonight, very delicious. Love to grow ginger root and enjoy using it for homemade tea and a variety of delightful recipes.

Ginger leaves on the plant are a vibrant green.

Fresh ginger makes a really wonderful tea, also good in making green juicing, too. Candied ginger is super for stomach problems, I find, without added chemicals to it.
