Glad to see they finally got the happy ending they deserved. I do my best to prevent other elephants suffering like they did, by not using any services which exploit them, e.g. circuses, tourist rides, etc. We can only hope that one day all exploited animals get the happy endings they deserve.

Well, that made me cry, especially when they put their trunks around each other.

Elephants are the most amazing land animal and humans have treated them so badly. Anyone who doesn't cry when seeing this piece is ... well, I can't say what I want to. At the end, all I could think of was what it was like before man arrived on the scene. I loved when they caressed each other with their trunks. There should be no circuses with animals in them, as they have done in Europe. Every time I see an ad for a circus with animals, especially elephants, I want to go right there and tell them off. What a beautiful entry into internet animal documentation. This is what the internet should be for, not idiot "social connections".
