What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a system of natural medicine developed by Samuel Hahnemann, a German physician in the early 1800s. He discovered that the same substance that could cause a reaction in a healthy person could also be a remedy for someone suffering from similar symptoms.
That is the basic premise of homeopathy: “like cures like.” It may seem hard to believe, yet the approach to vaccination used in Western medicine is a similar one, albeit one that is fraught with potential side effects, unlike homeopathy which is completely safe.
Homeopathy is a natural, holistic, approach to healing a person, using minute doses of specific remedies, rather than simply eliminating a particular symptom using a Band-Aid approach. Unlike many health models, the model for homeopathy is one of individualization. No two people are alike, so just because two people suffer from headaches, the homeopathic remedies provided for them may be completely different.

Based in my experience it is the best way to cure any condition
I firmly disagree with the author's assertion that "homeopathy ... is completely safe." Although there are many instances where homeopathy can be as good as -- or even better than -- modern medicine, it is not always safe. Among other dangers, people enamoured of homeopathy may forego live-saving procedures for which there are no real homeopathic equivalents (e.g., operations for aggressive cancers). Many proponents of homeopathy forget that plant medicines contain chemicals, too, expect they are natural rather than manufactured. You can still overdose on homeopathic medicine. Natural remedies also vary in strength (due to growing season, etc.), so what may be enough of a dose of a plant in the spring might be too much in the fall when the older plant has concentrated levels of whatever -- and vice-versa. It's way harder to control a permanent illness with homeopathic meds because of their variations in strength. And many homeopathic treatments depend on the user's faith for them to work. Forcing a homeopathic treatments on someone who doesn't believe (one's child, for example) could mean you are substituting a treatment that won't work because of belief for a modern-medicine treatment that usually works whether or not one believes in it. These are just a few examples.
No medicine is perfect, and nothing is a cure-all. And that includes homeopathy as well as modern medicine.
Thanks.
