Although both fruits and vegetables were studied, this same effect was not shown for vegetables.

I love Kiwis... both the fruit and the animal. Of course I prefer to eat the kiwifruit and just pet the kiwi bird. ^_^ I love eating the whole kiwi fruit like a plum. As with Therese K., I always feel best after a kiwi a day too. I don't get the anxiety rashes/hives after a bad anxiety attack or high levels of stress. Then again I haven't had those bad social anxiety flare ups since I turned pescetarian/vegetarian/ insectivore. Anyways There has to be even more benefits from this fruit. I have remembered from other sites this fruit prevents bodily hair from being too thick and women who eat this fruit every so often have thinner or lesser bodily hair. Also kiwi helps to lower the percent amount of wrinkles.
