It’s no surprise to most people that cell phones emit radiation. Technically, it is known as low-level radio frequency or RF which is similar to that emitted by microwaves. And, you may recall the warning labels on microwaves that instruct people not to stand too close to microwaves while they are running.
Research showing that cell phone use can be linked to brain cancer is conflicting. There is sufficient data to show that cell phone use affects brain activity and brain glucose levels after use. And last year the World Health Organization declared cell phone radiation to be a potential carcinogen. So there is definitely enough cause for concern.
While the scientists battle it out in the laboratories, here are 14 ways you can reduce your exposure to cell phone radiation:
1. Go old school. Use a land line as much as possible.
2. If you must use a cell phone, use it infrequently and keep calls short. If your BFF really is your best friend forever she or he will understand.
3. Use the speaker phone on a cell phone to keep the device further away from your head. You’ll still be exposed to some radiation but it reduces the amount near your head.
4. Use earbuds with your cell phone if possible. Again, this is to keep the cell phone farther away from your head.
5. Choose a phone that emits less radiation. More manufacturers are becoming conscious of the health risks and attempting to manufacture lower radiation models. A Google search can help you identify one the next time you are in the market for a cell phone.

I read that the cell phones emit a dangerous non-ionizing form of electromagnetic radiation; radiation which can be absorbed by the tissues and cells which come into close contact with the phone. That's why I decided to do something that reduce cell phone radiation levels for protect to my family. I found cases from Pong Research, I read that this technology reduces exposure to radiation while optimizing the mobile reception. I was skeptical about it, anyway, I decided to try it, because Pong is the only technology proven in FCC-certified laboratories to reduce the exposure to mobile device radiation by up to 95% below the FCC limit without compromising the devices ability to communicate.
This is a good article full of information that is important to know, especially for the younger generation who doesn't seem to always think there is a problem with long-term cell phone talking
helpful! I've thought about these points, thanks for confirming!
thanks
Thank you Melissa, for Sharing this!
