Itís no surprise to most people that cell phones emit radiation. Technically, it is known as low-level radio frequency or RF which is similar to that emitted by microwaves. 2.† If you must use a cell phone, use it infrequently and keep calls short. If your BFF really is your best friend forever she or he will understand.
3.† Use the speaker phone on a cell phone to keep the device further away from your head.† Youíll still be exposed to some radiation but it reduces the amount near your head.
4.† Use earbuds with your cell phone if possible. Again, this is to keep the cell phone farther away from your head.
5.† Choose a phone that emits less radiation. More manufacturers are becoming conscious of the health risks and attempting to manufacture lower radiation models. A Google search can help you identify one the next time you are in the market for a cell phone.
