Thank you so much for the information and recipes. I try to use turmeric daily as I have fibromyalgia and osteo- arthritis the way that I use it is in my tea at night before bed. I like to put in chia tea especially as this is a very spicy tea on it's own you don't even notice the turmeric. I use 1/4 tsp. of it for inflammation.

With cumin, added to (lightly) sauteed cauliflour. Mix the turm with some water first and then simmer the whole business.
