This is a really creative list! Good to see more of these 'alternative' recipe articles based more on exploring and discovering foods. I've been experimenting with making pizza healthier and these ideas look great. My next ingredient to play with is millet. It clumps together and sticks like rice, but is a lot healthier and I believe gluten free. I'm hoping it will make a nutty-tasting crust. Happy cooking, all!
