It's one of the ingredients in my open (= topless) supersandwich on rye or any other whole-grain bread: from the bottom up it's butter, slice of tomato with some soybean sauce, slice of cucumber, slice of radish, piece of scrambled egg with some soybean sauce, and, finally, spoonful of avocado. Maybe not even Oskar Davidsen in Copenhagen can offer such a skyscraper of a mouthful. Taking a bite without making a mess of it is complicated because no one has a maw big enough to handle the problem. In Israel they have that same kind of problem with their falafel. It can end up all over the floor.
