for those who have problems with gas from cucumbers, try the burpless varieties of cucumbers, or also pickling cucumbers.
pickling cucumbers aren't as juicy as a normal cucumbers, but I find them quite tasty. their seeds are very small, and the flesh is firm which might help prevent some of the digestive problems your having
