Wow!!!! I will try as soon as my exams finish and I'll have more time!!! My favourite healthy things are : porridge in the morning,not using sugar at all but stevia -not Dietor!not liquid!- and I am very lucky because my dad grows our own animals,so that I am sure I am eating anything transformed,or grown with who-knows-what (excluding the fish unluckily but...we can't also have our own lake or sea to fish xD) and also he cultivates our own vegetables,of every possible kind,very few are excluded. I will use them for sure to prepare these recipes ;)
