Adding lemon to your water is the best way to keep alkaline!! However, lemon is hard on the enamel of your teeth. I strive to drink lemon in my water as a diuretic!! And, I drink around 90 ounces of water per day!!

I knew lemons were alkaline forming but I didn't know pupmkins seeds were. And they taste great.
