We’re not talking about naps or sleep. There are four key types of rest that you can practice, mostly by paying attention. This video shows them to you, and discusses why each is critical to your well-being and personal power.

These include physical rest (as in yoga), mental rest (where you pay attention to what you are thinking), social rest (where you enjoy your friends), and spiritual rest (or practice). Do these definitions of rest resonate with you?
