I'm 60 too, Ester. Wouldn't try the handstand. Can't get my butt to lift that high. But the other three are doable. I've done the triangle pose but it hurts my shoulder on the right side. Maybe there's a substitution? Love yoga.
My biggest problem when I'm feeling down is lack of motivation. I know exercise is a mood lifter, but when I'm feeling low, I would rather sit curled up on the couch or in bed with a book.
Perhaps next time, I'll try some yoga first. If it helps, I'll definitely post first here!

Thanks for sharing this, it is very interesting for someone with no experience with Yoga. I have been wanting to take Yoga lessons for many years, I never find the proper time or place to start...they are so expensive or they end up being so far from home I don't have the time to attend. After I got a serious problem with my spine, I quit trying to do it through tutorials in fear of hurting my spine even further. I hope I manage to find some free lessons to at least learn the basics that my medical problem allows me to learn...
