On A Roll: 5 Attractive Toilet Paper Holders

An overlooked accessory, here are five loo roll holders that caught our attention. Some are inventive, some are simple, but all do the job with style.

Above: This witty wire coat-hanger holder by Green Grass Design has us inspired to make our own.

Above: We admire the branch hooks from Live Wire Farm, used here as a rustic roll holder.

Above: The stainless-steel Grundtal Toilet Roll Holder brings sleek style and functionality to the bathroom for a budget price; $4.99 at Ikea.

Above: Spotted on Desire to Inspire, a wall-mounted crate makes toilet roll storage easy and accessible.

Above: And finally, a good dose of color: Designer Pete Oyler’s Roll With It toilet paper holder is concept only, but we’re hoping manufacturers take note.

Tissue issue: Do you have a creative way of holding the toilet paper in your bathroom?

i'm going to store it under the bath! we've had the bathroom completely gutted, including the toilet room partition pulled down to make the bathroom bigger. i've had a smaller bath put in, so i'll build a ledge over the pipework to the wall, tile it from the top up over the bath so it all fits in; and then build a sliding door bath front so i can access that space underneath!

Couldn't help but laugh at Pat L.'s story, altho' I think being married to a man who stashed tp all over the place would drive me nuts. I like all the creative approaches to this issue. We've come a long way from leaves.

Sadly I've had to keep my TP exclusively in the cupboard for the last few years as one of my cats likes to pull, roll and shred it all over the house any time he can get his paws on it ;-)
