Whether you’re sharing Valentine’s Day with your sweetie or hanging with friends, it’s fun to get in the spirit with handmade trappings. Handmade has heart and can be better for the planet, too! From flowers and candy to drinks and decorations, when you’re making things yourself, you can choose to use recycled and low-impact materials to create something that’s more personal and eco-friendly than something store bought.

Thank you for posting.
forgive me -- I have so little time, so I am just here briefly for points to put towards the animals ...
The comment below should say " long standing" instead of "London"!!!!
My kids and I have a London standing tradition of making homemade Valentines for their very favorite friends who they don't go to the same school with, their grandparents , each other and my husband and me. I also make Valentines at this time and we inspire each other with our ideas. We typically gather things from around the house to use, but have bought nice card stock some years or special stickers. Everyone loves their homemade cards, and the kids are so proud to give them!
loving the truffles
