This delicious treat has a way of disappearing in a hurry. Once you’ve tasted it, you’ll completely understand how it makes its disappearing act. In addition to being packed with life force enzymes, it’s also a snap to make. Plus, you can have this delicious soft ice cream in only a few minutes.
1-1/2 cups fresh pineapple, cut in cubes
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen cranberries
1 cup water
Blend all ingredients in a blender. If you blender has a plunger attachment, you can use it to coax the ingredients to blend smoothly. Serve immediately. Serves 4

I made a variation of it it using frozen strawberries and cold cooked apple The other members of the family,( who didn't know how it was supposed to be) liked it very much.
