When stressful situations arise, it can be tempting to just try to power through or maybe even self-medicate, but both of those solutions can be hard on our bodies. Check out these tips to help you beat stress naturally!

We all get stressed out from time to time, right? Whether it’s family woes or work-related pressure, stress is bad for our bodies and for our mental health. When we’re stressed out, we go into “fight or flight” mode, releasing adrenaline and other stress hormones that are very hard on our bodies.

Stress can also build up over time, especially if you’re routinely returning to the same stressful environment (road rage, anyone?).

wishing employers would understand it is important to point out good things to employees too - only commenting when you find something wrong and constantly putting someone down doesn't help an employee to grow - it just beats them down even farther and stresses them out more - positive enhances positive as negative enhances negative - think about it
