Thanks for the entertainment post. It is interesting to watch, but I wonder how many out there really realize why they howl when they hear music and sounds we create? The high pitch jingling and loud sounds hurts their ears and they howl to counter act the sounds approaching their ears. My dogs all collect in a circle and howl at the sirens of the police and especially the fire trucks that are stationed just a couple blocks away. Remember, dogs have super sensitive hearing. Try whispering when you talk to your dog. It will hear you and respond with wagging tail to thank you for not being loud.
