5. Soothe a Stuffy Nose Without Medicine.

Plenty of rest and the passage of time will help soothe a stuffy nose, but there’s a simple trick to help it go away faster. Very, very interesting. We are all guilty of not taking care very well of our bodies. The follies of youth catches up as one gets older. So, watch what you do with your bodies before it is too late. As with everything- it is about respect.

One amazing thing our bodies are doing is to keep on living despite GMOs and other assorted poisons.

I am grateful that my 70 year old body is in the best of health. But I feel sadness for it, as for a child, because the food I feed it is often unknown poisons. And the same is true of most of us.

Let us love and appreciate our bodies while we have them.
