Even if the tips help someone cut back on their smoking it is a plus. Blessings to all who need to quit.
There is not a one size fit all approach to breaking this awful habit. I quit many times using different methods. However, I finally used Nicorette to break a habit of over forty years. Eating healthy and drinking lots of water were already a part of my daily routine. Flavored gum was what I went to after finishing the nicorette regimen. I've been nicotine free for 23 months.
